BMTEK ETL is an automatic bag-making machine for the production of LDPE, HDPE, MDPE, regenerated and biodegradable plastic bags, complete with several accessories. BMTEK ETL combines handy and tested mechanics with electronics and software of new conception. It guarantees constant production and very quick time for preparation and size changing. Our machine is equipped with: Servo motors controlling the front draw rollers fitted with helical gears. Sealing system with desmodromic move by cams. Dancing bar controls automatically the material input speed by means of an automatic potentiometer. It’s fitted with pneumatic pistons which allow the weight of the dancing bar to be adjusted and to be lifted in order to follow through the film input. Mechanical cutting with belt and knife. Pneumatic system with pressure regulator to provide air to finger bars creating air cushion. Independent pressure adjustment of each side on the sealing bar. Possibility of opening each group of rubber rollers (front, central and back groups) to simplify the manual insertion of the film. Possibility of adjusting the pressure of each group of rubber rollers (front, central and back groups). The machine is equipped with a touch screen to program and control operations. Possibility of saving up to 100 programs. Possibility of a constant updating of the software through USB system. Possibility of remote maintenance through internet connection (LAN or Wi-Fi) The entire control system of the line will be accessible from BMTEK through Internet. This means that a technician will be able to monitor and troubleshoot the line from our company in Italy. In case an electronic device, a servo or a motor fails, it will be possible to identify the part and the cause. For some incidences it will be possible to solve the problem online. It will also be possible to update the software and add new features online. The connection will be established through a special Internet device. All motors and electronic parts are supplied by Mitsubishi. All our machines comply with the current regulations.
